Healthy Summer Salad

I'm on a kick now where I try to eat fresh uncooked garlic 🧄 with every meal. Raw garlic has numerous health benefits including lowering blood pressure and cholesterol, tons of antioxidants, and supports immune function. Once you get used to it you will learn to love the taste!

You will need:

•Spring Mix 

•Sliced onions

•Fresh minced garlic

•Bread & butter pickles

•Shredded cheddar cheese

•Sliced carrots

•Cherry tomatoes

Wash and prepare your vegetables. Combine all your ingredients and toss. I will sometimes make my dressing from scratch. Today I used honey mustard and topped with plantain chips!
