Easy Breakfast Banana Muffins

This recipe is super easy, I even made it in the morning while I was cooking up all of my other breakfast requests! They can be stored in an airtight container for up to five days, but theses were gone by the afternoon!

You will need:

•3 very ripe bananas

•2 packets of instant oatmeal (I used maple and brown sugar flavor)

•2 eggs

•1/2 tsp baking soda

•pinch of salt 


•1/4 cup of honey

Preheat oven to 350°. Mash bananas in a large bowl. Stir in eggs and honey. Once those ingredients are thoroughly combined, add in salt, baking soda, and cinnamon. I didn't give an exact measurement for cinnamon because I like alot of cinnamon. Adjust to your own liking.

Pour batter into greased muffin sheet or cupcake liners. 

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. 

Serve and enjoy!
