Easy Garlic Naan Bread

I've recently tried a low carb diet, and was actually doing pretty good on it until I came across a nasty ingredient called sucralose.
I was eating the low carb wraps that tasted delicious with only 4g of net carbs. I decided to read the ingredients, which is something I normally do but hadn't paid any mind to it because I was just focused on carb counting. I wondered what the catch was to eating white tortilla wraps, and sure enough there it was, SUCRALOSE. Contrary to what many people believe, I just do not do any sort of artificial sweeteners. I've personally had terrible reactions when I consume aspartame. So, instead of just cutting out the tortillas, I axed the whole diet. I remembered in the past when I lost the most weight was while I was detoxing my liver. Drinking lemon water and green tea daily, and also consuming FRESH garlic 🧄 with all of my meals. Garlic has so many benefits to the body, especially when eaten in it's whole raw form. If your not used to eating garlic raw, it may take some getting used to, as it can be spicy and pungent. I often prefer the taste of raw garlic now as I have been eating it like this for years now.

So now for the super simple recipe you will need:

• Naan Bread

•Shredded cheese of your choice (I prefer organic mozzarella or fiesta blend)

•Fresh chopped garlic 🧄

•Dried or fresh oregano & parsley

Preheat oven or toaster oven to 350°. Line a baking sheet and align naan bread.

Sprinkle with shredded cheese and bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese has melted.

Broil on high for 2-3 minutes or until cheese is crispy and bubbly.

Garnish with garlic and spices.

Serve and enjoy!
