Free Grocery Printable + Vegetarian Grocery List

We normally eat mostly vegetarian during the week with the exception of adding in 1-2 meats depending on what the family is asking for. Today I'll share with you my grocery list for this week plus a free grocery list printable down below!

We've been doing most of our shopping at Aldi and this is where we will get everything on our list today.

6 Kombuchas
I love any flavor of these. They have an assorted variety and are superb for your health, a definite super food.

2 Kefirs
I prefer strawberry or blueberry flavor, but plain is obviously the healthier choice. The flavored ones have added sugar, but it's really hard for me to eat yogurt, I'm just not a fan. Kefir is great for a healthy gut, and a healthy gut means great health overall!

 Strawberries & Bananas
Aldi normally has organic strawberries and blueberries so I will grab these. The kids love them as snacks!

Cauliflower & Zucchini
I'm on a low card mission this week. Anyone who knows me, knows my real name is Bread, Cheese, Pasta. I'm tipping the scale so I'm going to try to substitute pasta with cauliflower and zucchini. Tune in this week to see if these recipes are a feast or a flop😉

Organic Spring Mix
I use this for a simple salad or to make wraps. Loaded with vitamins + delicious.

Organic Bread
For obvious reasons, bread. The usually have white, wheat, or multigrain. All are delicious, and the kids love toast for breakfast or just a midday snack.

Blue Corn Chips & Salsa

Cheddar Puffs

Goldfish Crackers
These are not organic , but it is what it is.

String Cheese

Yogurt

Chocolate Milk

Cage Free Eggs

Coffee Creamer or Half & Half

Bottled Water

Organic Keurig Coffee

And paper products as needed

Last week I did more of pantry items with canned goods. I will make another post when I do this sort of trip.

Thanks for stopping by!
