If you've been dieting for what seems like forever and aren't seeing any results you might need to do a detox. While I myself have tried all the fad diets like no carbs, eating 1,000 bananas, etc. I still was stuck at that weight that just didn't seem to budge. When I started to detox I soon saw amazing results.

Lemon Water 🍋
I'm a big water drinker anyway. I normally drink more than 8 glasses a day, but when you add lemon to it your are cleansing your liver and flushing toxins away.

Flaxseeds are full of fiber and are great for cleaning the colon. You can add these over your salad to disguise the taste of your not fond of it. I personally don't mind the taste I actually like it. I add a tablespoon to a glass and pour a cup of kefir over it. Instant smoothie! While plain non flavored kefir is best to use, I opt for the blueberry or vanilla flavor because I am not a huge fan of yogurt anyway. I drink this in the evening and by morning you will notice that this works 😉 if you know what I mean.

Green Tea
I'm a huge coffee drinker with three little ones running around, so sometimes I skip out on tea. But green tea is essential for boosting your metabolism and overall health.

Apple Cider Vinegar
I'm sure you've seen all the fad diets with apple cider vinegar drinks. Not only does this curb appetite, it is full of many health benefits. I'll drink a tablespoon with a glass of water before bed and wake up feeling like a million bucks.
