Low Carb Broccoli Bake

This is another easy one pan wonder recipe for busy mom's. Low carb and keto friendly, high five!


Ingredients:

• broccoli

•one onion

•red and orange bell peppers

•butter 

•salt & pepper


•cheddar cheese



I'll combine all ingredients except for cheese, into  my baking dish. Bake at 400° for 30 minutes or until desired tenderness. Mix in cheese and broil last five minutes until golden brown. 



As you can see someone already dig into this before it cooled.
